Jacob and Kenzie met online and as soon as they met, they knew it was meant to be. Kenzie relocated to Minnesota and the talk of getting engaged started. They both knew it was only a matter of time. Kenzie was eager and Jacob still found way to make it a surprise occasion.
In July, Jacob reached out to Ari Reynolds Photography to start to plan out the perfect proposal. Jacob already had the ring and location. We met up a month prior the proposal to walk through the park... as the surprise was greater than just the location and set up.
Jacob did give Kenzie a hint she knew it would happen in September, but she didn't know when. Jacob's brother had gotten a promotion and so the coverup was perfect: dinner at Pinstripes with the family. Jacob asked Kenzie to go for a walk around Centennial Lakes as they had done so many times before. Jacob did say the proposal would happen in September but of course, she was not thinking the first of September!
The proposal was not the only thing Jacob had hiding around the corner. Jacob had Kenzie's friends and family from back home had recorded their well wishes. While Kenzie was distracted watching the personalized video her friends and family were lining up around the corner to with hugs and cheers of congratulations.
